  1. Navigate to the setup (top right corner gear icon and then Setup), Users and click on user's Full Name.

  2. In URL copy the User ID

  3. In Setup navigate to Custom Settings and choose Dynamic Chatter Settings, click Manage.

  5. By default Activate Chatter checkbox is set to true - don’t change here anything.

  6. Paste this value in the Guest Chatter User Id field, paste your message in Welcome Post Text field, for example, ‘Please write your question or comment in the box below’ and click Save.
