As System Administrator, you can limit access to specific tabs/fields for some users in case you want to stop them from editing.

Control tab access

Let's see how to restrict access for the tabs like Bundle Builder, Quote Builder, Pricing rule, Opportunity builder.

As an Administrator navigates to Setup - Permission set and click Clone near Sculptor CPQ User permission set.

Change the name of cloned permission set and click Save (change Api name if needed).

Open your cloned permission set and choose Object Settings.

Choose the object you would like to hide from your User - for example, let's choose the Pricing Rules page.

Click Edit and remove both checkboxes and click Save.

So now the setting looks like this - see picture:

Note! Don't forget to apply this permission set to users you would like to restrict access to the Pricing Rules tab.

Now let's check the result of our modification. Let's log in as a user with restricted access and open our Sculptor CPQ application.
