1. Getting started with Sculptor CPQ

Sculptor CPQ has two plans: free and premium.

The free (trial) version doesn’t expire and comprises all the features from the premium version with two limitations: ten interactive quotes per month (standard PDF quotes are unlimited) and two active pricing rules instead of their unlimited quantity in the premium version.

Start using Sculptor CPQ swiftly by following the instructions step by step:

  1. Click Get It Now on the listing page to install the free app version.

  2. Select the environment type: Install in Production or Install in Sandbox (test) Enter your username for production environments, and click Install.

  3. Review the requested profile details, read the terms, and select the I have read and agree to the terms and conditions checkbox, then click Confirm and Install

    1. Note: Only one person in your org is allowed to install a package at a time.
  4. Choose a security option, and click Install .

*Sculptor CPQ operation is guaranteed for Enterprise Edition and above. Professional Edition is supported with some PE limitations not related to Sculptor CPQ (for instance, the Approval process for Quotes is unavailable). Web Services API is required to install the Sculptor CPQ package for Salesforce Professional Edition orgs.

2. Manage Licenses

By default, you get the Free version of the app with 10 licenses installed in your org. If you have to add more licenses, please contact our support team by email ([email protected]) or via a contact form.

To start working with Sculptor, you need to assign the licenses to corresponding users. Let’s see how it is done.
